July 23, 2025 – The Connect Everyone Coalition (CEC) congratulates Arielle Roth on her confirmation as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information and administrator of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA).

“The Connect Everyone Coalition applauds the confirmation of Arielle Roth to lead NTIA,” said Connect Everyone Coalition Executive Director Richard Cullen. “Administrator Roth brings a wealth of knowledge in telecommunications and broadband policy, along with deep experience in regulatory and legislative affairs, to her role overseeing critical programs such as Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD). We support NTIA’s efforts to expand reliable, high-speed internet access and eliminate barriers that slow the delivery of greater connectivity to households and communities that need it most. Low Earth orbit satellite broadband is a vital part of this work, and we look forward to working with Administrator Roth and the Department of Commerce to deploy every technology in our connectivity toolbox to bridge the digital divide.”
