THE CONNECT EVERYONE COALITION

In case you missed it, the National Rural Education Association (NREA) recently joined the Connect Everyone Coalition (CEC) and named the CEC as a strategic partner, as announced in a press release.    

“The Connect Everyone Coalition is proud to welcome the National Rural Education Association as a member and to partner with NREA to spread the word about the role of low Earth orbit satellites in expanding broadband access for rural students and educators,” says CEC Executive Director Richard Cullen.

NREA Executive Director Dr. Melissa Sadorf added, “Getting the rural education community connected with fast and affordable broadband access is a huge step in the right direction. This is a great partnership to have as we continue in the pursuit of providing rural students, educators and communities with the resources they need to succeed.”

NREA is a trusted voice for rural education, advocating for every rural learner, educator and community. Together, the CEC and NREA will continue to help bridge the digital divide and enhance the use of low Earth orbit satellites in education to connect individuals, especially students, teachers and school communities, with the tools they need to live, work and communicate better.
